Gary Bonilla Latoni is a London-based a strategy leader sitting, by design, at the intersection of creative, technology and media. Gary began his multi-platform storytelling journey two decades ago as an award-winning journalist for ABC News and later for Las Noticias. He then transitioned into advertising to help launch first-to-market digital initiatives in the U.S. and Latin America, where he spent the last decade leading international strategy and product development teams on the creative agency, media agency and client side in the U.S., Europe and Asia. During the past six years at IPG (McCann and Universal McCann), he has focused on designing and implementing integrated communication frameworks for some of the world’s leading brands in the FMCG (CPG), beauty, fashion, luxury, entertainment and pharmaceutical categories. Gary is passionate about consumer behavior and obsessive about business results especially as they drive the craft of effective storytelling. In the process, he has tapped the entrepreneurial ecosystems in Palo Alto, Berlin, London and Bogota in search for ways to modernize value creation for traditional organizations. Gary’s mission—which he loves and lives every day to the fullest—is to bridge the integration gap for marketing organizations across categories, sectors and markets. That is why he founded CrossCreate.
