Fernando J. Rovira-Rullán’s areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and intellectual property. He is admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico and New York. Fernando currently serves as adjunct professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He recently co-authored the Puerto Rico chapter to be published in Chambers’ Corporate M&A Legal Practice Guide. Since 2010, he has been rated by Chambers & Partners in its Global and Latin America editions as a leader in the corporate and commercial areas of practice.
