"Developers are the best founders" is a quote that several venture capitalists have reiterated. When developers make the jump to become entrepreneurs, they constantly find themselves catching up on the other disciplines, such as sales and product. If developers were multifaceted throughout their careers, they would be better prepared for that pivotal moment. During this talk, I will explain in detail how to be multifaceted and how it has benefited my career up to this moment.
